It is a concentrate of non-heat-treated seeds and bran that enriches the aromatic bouquet and can be used both for customizing pizza dough and as an alternative dusting flour. It is particularly suitable for long-leavening direct dough at controlled temperature (refrigerator), in a variable percentage from
5% to 15%.

Seed mix 42% (linseed, hulled millet seed, SESAME seed), soft WHEAT bran, WHEAT germ 15%, groat of soft WHEAT, SOY grains.
