The presence of Naturkraft Mother Yeast makes it possible to obtain a very digestible and light pizza with a crumbly texture and a rich and intense flavor. It is recommended for use in doughs that require long leavening at a controlled temperature (refrigerator).
Ingredients: “00”-type common wheat flour, 11.5 percent cereal flours (dehulled barley flake flour, wholemeal OAT flour, wholemeal FARRO flour, RYE flour, corn flour), crushed corn extrudate (99 percent corn flour, salt), dried sourdough starter of FRUM, malted common wheat flour.
