It combines an intense delightful sweet flavour with balanced technical characteristics for traditional kneading. Used partially with other flours, it adds extra flavour to
the traditional dough. Used on its own, 100% in direct or indirect dough, it makes it possible to make all kinds of pizza: classic round, Neapolitan, “in pala”.

Fine-grained whole-wheat flour deprived of tegument defects (woodiness and stale smell), preserving all the good of the grain.
