EmergentePizza is the competition that has been bringing out the best pizza makers under 30 in Italy since 2009. Conceived by Luigi Cremona<\/strong> and Lorenza Vitali<\/strong><\/a>, it is more than a competition: it is a stage where talent<\/strong>, technique<\/strong> and vision<\/strong> meet to tell the story of the future of a constantly evolving profession. <\/p>

Young pizza makers from all over Italy will compete in a variety of tests, from classic to creative pizzas to a “no-waste pizza,” designed to reduce waste and raise awareness of a more sustainable approach.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
